Herbal Points Program

  • Earning Points
    Customers can earn Herbal Points by making purchases through our online store and engaging in other promotional activities as outlined on our Herbal Points page. The number of points earned per dollar spent, along with the specific actions that earn points, is detailed on the Herbal Points page and may be subject to change at our discretion.
  • Points Expiry
    Herbal Points earned through our rewards program will expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points will automatically be removed from your account after this period. We encourage you to redeem your points within this timeframe.
  • Notification of Points Expiry
    Customers will be notified via email prior to the expiry of their Herbal Points. Reminder emails will be sent at intervals leading up to the expiry date, provided the customer has opted into receiving marketing communications.
  • Redemption Conditions
    Herbal Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases as specified on our Herbal Points page. Points can only be redeemed through our online store and cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions or discounts, as specified by Naturopath Herbals.
  • No Cash Value and Non-Transferability
    Herbal Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them.
  • Program Changes and Termination
    Naturopath Herbals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Herbal Points program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unused points will be forfeited.

Refund and Return Policy

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unopened, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method. The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that Express Post fees are non-refundable. Naturopath Herbals is unable to provide a refund or exchange on custom herbal blends and special requests.
