To join the Herbal Points Rewards program simply sign up for a new customer account or sign in to an existing account.
You can view your points account by going to the yellow "Herbal Points" icon on the bottom left of our our website.

Members must be logged-in to their Naturopath Herbals account at the time of purchase to receive points for their order.

Log into your account then click on the yellow "Herbal Points" icon in the bottom left of our website.
Next, click on All Rewards.
If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar. If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.
Clicking the Redeem to show your coupon code. Click 'Apply Code' to automatically apply your discount to the checkout.
Herbal Points earned through our rewards program will expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points will automatically be removed from your account after this period. We encourage you to redeem your points within this timeframe to enjoy the full benefits of our program.
